El Derecho Civil es una rama esencial del Derecho Privado que regula las relaciones jurídicas entre las personas, abarcando aspectos como la personalidad, la familia, los bienes, las obligaciones y los contratos. Esta asignatura tiene como finalidad brindar al estudiante una comprensión sólida de los principios y normas que sustentan la vida jurídica civil, permitiéndole interpretar, analizar y aplicar el marco normativo con rigor académico y criterio jurídico.

Asimismo, se busca desarrollar competencias en el razonamiento legal, la argumentación y la resolución de conflictos, contribuyendo a la formación integral del futuro profesional del Derecho.
